No cross-save support currently. Bummer.
Been playing Warframe on multiple platforms for years, and I can confirm - account linking between Switch and other platforms is still a no-go. Hopefully, it changes soon!
Nope, as of right now, you can't link Warframe accounts between different platforms. Cross-save, where you can play on different platforms with the same account, isn't available yet. Keep an eye out for updates though, because it's something the community is hoping for!
