Unfortunately, you can't play the games you downloaded from Xbox Game Pass once your subscription is up. Time to renew or buy the games outright!

I had Game Pass expire on me last month. Couldn't play any of the games I downloaded. You'll need to either renew your subscription or purchase the games to keep playing.
