Preston Garvey, the quest-giving machine! Pro tip: don't start his dialogue if you see him starting his 'I've got something a bit different for you' speech. Even better, just avoid Sanctuary or wherever you've parked him. Not a perfect solution, but it helps keep your quest log a bit tidier and your sanity intact.

Hot take: Just accept it, Preston is your quest lord and master now. Embrace the never-ending settlement missions as part of the Fallout 4 charm!

After getting bombarded with quests, I just moved Preston to a settlement I never visit. Out of sight, out of mind. Life in the Commonwealth got a lot quieter after that. Worked like a charm for me!

Sadly, Preston Garvey is like that friend who always needs a favor. Once you're in the Minutemen, he's constantly got something on his to-do list for you. But here's the kicker - technically, you can't stop him from giving you missions entirely. However, you can just walk away and ignore him, or better yet, don't initiate dialogue with him if you're not in the mood for another quest. That's the wasteland way of saying 'Not today, Preston.'

If you're a Fallout 4 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:
