As someone who鈥檚 done it, just buy several 1-year PS Plus codes and redeem them all. You'll be set for multiple years!
Unfortunately, you can't. But you can buy multiple 1-year codes and redeem them.
You can't directly subscribe to multiple years on PSN in one go. But you can stack up yearly subscription cards to achieve the same result!
