You can support multiple factions up until certain points in the story where you'll have to make a choice that'll make you enemies with another faction. Yes and no. You can work with multiple factions for most of the game, but eventually, you'll hit a point where you have to choose. It's pretty cool because you get to see different perspectives, but don't get too attached to being everyone's best friend.
