Can you swing a creature at yourself in MTG?
BustingSpire路7 months agoNope, you can't swing at yourself in MTG. The game's rules only allow you to declare attackers against your opponents. Trying to attack yourself would be like tickling yourself - it just doesn't work!

Absolutely not. The whole point of MTG is to battle your opponents, not yourself. So, keep those swings aimed at the other side of the table!
Tried it once thinking I found a loophole. Spoiler: It doesn't work. You can't attack yourself in a game. MTG rules are clear on targeting opponents only for attacks.
