Actually, GTA 5 doesn't let you switch genders. Missed opportunity? Maybe, but it doesn't take away from the chaos and fun of the game!

Nope, you can't switch genders in GTA 5. The game has three main characters - Michael, Trevor, and Franklin, and their genders are fixed as part of the storyline. You're stuck with these dudes as they are.
