Nope, each PS Plus subscription is tied to the individual account it was purchased with. You’ll have to get a new one for the other profile.

Unfortunately, you can’t transfer a PlayStation Plus subscription to another profile. Each profile needs its own subscription.

I've tried this before, and Sony doesn’t allow the transfer of PS Plus subscriptions between profiles. Best bet is to just share the same console with your friend or family member.
