Unfortunately, no, you can't directly sync PS4 and PC accounts in Warframe. Each platform has its own separate account.

I've been playing on both PS4 and PC for years, and sadly, they don't let you sync accounts. Gotta keep them separate!

Nope, cross-save isn't a thing yet in Warframe. You'll need to manage separate accounts for each platform.
