Nope, you can't toss grenades in VATS in Fallout 4. VATS is all about those targeted shots with guns, not your grenade-throwing arm. But hey, throwing grenades the old-fashioned way does have its own charm. Just make sure your aim is true!

No grenades in VATS, but that's what real-time combat is for! Adds to the strategy, if you ask me.

Grenades? In VATS? Sadly, no. VATS in Fallout 4 is for guns and melee attacks only. Would've been cool, though.
