Absolutely not worth it! Time traveling ruins the whole point of the game. Animal Crossing is supposed to be relaxing, not a race. Keep it real and let the game unfold as it's meant to.

Yep, you totally can time travel in Animal Crossing: New Horizons! Just go to your Nintendo Switch's system settings, scroll down to System, and choose Date and Time. Turn off the setting that synchronizes the clock via the internet and then you can change the date and time to whatever you want. It's like having a time machine in your pocket! Just be careful though, as it can mess with some of the in-game events and the natural progression if you do it too much.
Time skipping? Sure, I've done it. Needed to get that store upgrade ASAP. Didn't notice any major downside, except maybe my turnips spoiled once because I forgot about them. Oops.
