Absolutely! Trading items in Animal Crossing: New Horizons is a big part of the game. You can trade with both the NPCs and, more excitingly, with other players. This can be done by visiting each other's islands or even through mailing items to each other if you're friends in the game. It's a great way to get those hard-to-find items or just to share some love with your Animal Crossing buddies!
I've been trading items since day one! Met some of my best AC friends through trading groups. You can find communities online dedicated to trading in Animal Crossing. It’s not just about getting cool stuff, but also about the friendships you make. 10/10, would recommend.
Yeah, trading's definitely a thing. Keep in mind, though, you can't trade everything. Stuff like DIY recipes and certain event items are a go, but you can't trade for services like construction. Makes gifting and collecting way more fun!
