Actually, Steam doesn't allow trading of games that are already in your library. But, if you've got an unopened gift copy of a game, you're in luck! You can trade those to someone else or even sell them on the Steam Community Market. Just remember, once you open a game, it's yours for good.
Nope, you can't trade Steam games like Pok茅mon cards. Once you buy or redeem a game, it's locked to your account forever. You can, however, trade game items and gifts within the Steam Community Market, as long as the item isn't locked to your account.
