Nope, you can't transfer Fortnite skins between accounts. Epic Games doesn't allow it, sadly.

I tried this myself and found out you can't. Your skins are stuck with the account you got them on.

Unfortunately, Fortnite skins are non-transferable. You could try linking your accounts to share progress, though!
