Short answer - nope. Sony and Microsoft don't play nice enough for that. You're starting from scratch on Xbox, buddy.
Actually did this switch a while back, thinking I could keep all my cool stuff. Turns out, no can do. GTA 5 treats PS4 and Xbox like totally separate worlds. Had to rebuild my empire from the ground up on Xbox. So, yeah, no cross-platform account transfers here. But honestly? Was fun to do it all over again.
