Nope, sorry to break it to ya, but Rockstar doesn't allow transferring of GTA Online characters or progress from Xbox One to PC. You gotta start fresh on PC, which means new opportunities to experience the chaos!

Actually, they stopped allowing transfers a while back. So if you're jumping from Xbox One to PC in GTA Online, you're starting from scratch. Embrace the grind!
