Nope, you can't transfer your GTA Online progress from Xbox One to PS4. Rockstar stopped allowing character transfers between platforms way back in 2017. So, if you're jumping ship from Xbox One to PS4, you're gonna have to start your criminal empire from scratch. Tough luck!
