Can you transfer mobile Terraria to PC?
Short answer: No. Terraria saves are platform-specific, so there's no official way to move your progress from mobile to PC. A fresh start ain't that bad though!

Sadly, nope. Terraria doesn't support cross-platform saves, so you can't directly transfer your mobile Terraria world or characters to PC. Each platform is like a different universe, but that just means you get to enjoy the adventure of starting anew!
