Nope, you can't transfer Pokemon directly from Violet to Pokemon GO. You'll have to use Pokemon Home as a middleman.

As someone who's done it, you need Pokemon Home to transfer Violet Pokemon before moving them to Pokemon GO. It's a bit of a process, but doable!
