Totally possible! Just use Pokémon HOME as the middleman. You transfer them from GO to HOME and then from HOME to Shield.

Yes, you can transfer Pokémon from Pokémon GO to Pokémon Shield using Pokémon HOME. First, send your Pokémon to Pokémon HOME from Pokémon GO, then transfer them into Pokémon Sword or Shield!

Nope, can't do it directly. You need Pokémon HOME to transfer from GO to Shield.
