Nope, can't transfer PSN accounts. But you can always log in on a different console and keep playing your games there.

You can't transfer your PSN account, but who wants to do that anyway? Just log in on another console, problem solved!

Unfortunately, you can't directly transfer your PSN account to another person or account. However, you can access your PSN account on multiple PlayStation consoles, so you can enjoy your games and subscriptions anywhere!
