Actually, they haven't made account transfers a thing yet. Each platform is like its own little island. What you earn or buy on Xbox stays on Xbox, and the same goes for PC.

As of my last check, nope, you can't directly transfer your Apex Legends account from Xbox to PC. It's a bummer, I know. Your progress, unlocks, and purchases stick to the platform you bought 'em on. So, if you're moving from Xbox to PC, you gotta start fresh.
