Nope, you can't turn them off entirely, but you can minimize them by selecting 'Not Interested' on each one.
Instagram doesn't allow you to disable suggested posts, but you can snooze them for 30 days. Just tap the three dots and select 'Not Interested.' It helps!
Sadly, you can't get rid of them. Just hit 'Not Interested' and snooze them for a month.
