Unfortunately, Mortal Kombat 11 doesn't have an option to turn off screen shake. Maybe just strap in and enjoy the ride?

Nope, you can't turn off screen shake in MK11. It's part of the intense experience!

Nah, there's no setting for that. Guess you'll just have to embrace the quake! Personally, I find it adds to the excitement.
