Turnabout in the untap step? Wishful thinking, but that's not how the cookie crumbles in MTG. The rules lock you out from doing anything until upkeep rolls around.

Nope, you can't use Turnabout during the untap step because no player gets priority during untap. You gotta wait until the upkeep to cast spells or activate abilities, and that's when you can drop your Turnabout shenanigans.
