You can't exactly 'undo' chems once you've taken them in Fallout 76. You gotta ride it out until the effects wear off. But, if you're dealing with negative after-effects, like addiction, you can use an Addictol to cure it. Or, keep some RadScorpion egg omelettes handy; they also cure addictions!
Actually, using chems wisely is part of the strategy. You can't undo them, but you can prepare for their effects and manage addictions with Addictol or certain foods. It adds an interesting layer to gameplay, IMO.
