Nope, can't do it. An exerted creature skips its next untap step, so just let it rest already.

Absolutely, you can untap an exerted creature in Magic The Gathering, but it's not going to happen through your standard untap step. Exerting means you've decided to tilt the creature's abilities up a notch for a round, but it's going to be too tuckered out to untap normally next turn. However, if you've got spells or abilities that specifically untap a creature, they don't care if that creature's stretching after a big exertion or just taking a normal nap. Whip out that spell, and your creature will be up and at 'em, exertion hangover cured!

I had a deck focused on exert mechanics, and here's a trick: Use cards like "Always Watching" or "Brute Strength". These gems untap your exerted creatures outside the normal untap step, giving your exhausted warriors a second wind. It's all about the card synergy!

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
