No, you can't upgrade Madden 18 PSN Preorder to the GOAT Edition. EA didn't provide an upgrade path for that.

You can't upgrade directly. You'd need to get a refund for the standard edition and then purchase the GOAT Edition if you want those additional goodies.

Tried this myself back in the day. No upgrade option available. Had to shell out for the GOAT Edition separately.

Nope, unfortunately, you can't upgrade the Madden 18 PSN Preorder to the GOAT Edition. You'll have to buy the GOAT Edition separately to get all the extra perks.
