Unfortunately, the Brickade doesn't support upgrades or customization in GTA 5. It's a bit of a bummer, but the vehicle itself is a powerhouse on the streets, so it's not all bad news!

Short answer: No. The Brickade in GTA 5 is already a tank in its own right, so it doesn't need any upgrades. Would've been cool though!
