Nope, PS3 hard drives are not compatible with PS4. Better to get a new external drive for your PS4.

Sadly, they're not interchangeable. PS4 requires a different format and a larger capacity to handle its games and updates.

Tried it myself, and it didn't work. PS4 has its own drive requirements. Just get a new one.
