Yes, acetone works, but be careful. It's strong stuff and can melt some plastics if you're not careful. Quick swipes with a soaked cotton bud should do the trick, and don't soak the whole car in it.

I wouldn't recommend using acetone at all. It's too risky for the plastic parts. Better to be safe than sorry and use something less aggressive.
