Nope, you can't use artifacts to help cast Hogaak, Arisen Necropolis. Hogaak's specific casting requirements mean you gotta delve into your graveyard or tap creatures, and sadly, artifacts don't count as creatures (unless they're also creature artifacts, but even then, they can't help with the 'convoke' part unless they're creatures). So, stick to creature cards and your graveyard to bring Hogaak into play!

Technically no. Hogaak requires delving or convoking which means artifacts are out of the equation unless they're creatures too. But remember, Hogaak's power comes from being a bit untraditional in his summoning, so keep those creatures ready!
Hogaak says a big 'no thanks' to artifacts. Only creatures and your graveyard can help summon this big guy.
