Can you use cybernetics in Fallout 4?
Yep, you can kinda use cybernetics in Fallout 4, but not in the way you might be thinking. You can't install cybernetic enhancements on your character like in some sci-fi RPGs. However, there are a few quests where you can get cybernetic enhancements for NPCs, and there's a robot companion named Nick Valentine who's basically a walking, talking cybernetic dream. So, cybernetics are there, just not customizable for your character.

Nope, you can't use cybernetics in Fallout 4. It's all about those old-school guns, armor, and crafting. If you're looking for a game where you can deck yourself out in cybernetics, Fallout 4 might not scratch that specific itch.
As someone who's spent WAY too many hours in the wasteland, I can confirm there's no option to turn yourself into a cyborg, unfortunately. Would've been cool, though!
