Tried it myself, no luck with Klarna on Steam. Ended up just transferring funds to PayPal then using that. Bit of a roundabout but gets the job done!

Nope, you can't use Klarna on Steam directly. Steam mainly sticks to traditional payment methods like credit/debit cards, PayPal, and their Steam Wallet. Klarna's not on the list, unfortunately.
