Unfortunately nope, Fallout 76 doesn't support mouse and keyboard on PS4. Gotta stick to the controller, but honestly, the game's pretty smooth with it once you get the hang of the controls!

No, Fallout 76 on PS4 doesn't support mouse and keyboard. It's all about that controller life. But hey, dodging those Deathclaws feels just as thrilling with a controller in hand!
