Can You Use MTG Art on eBay?
JokingTunic路7 months agoNah, using MTG art directly on eBay to sell products or anything really is a no-go. Wizards of the Coast holds the copyright on all their MTG artwork, and they're not shy about protecting it. You're better off using your own pics of the cards or products you're selling, keeping it all legal and hassle-free.

Technically, if you're selling actual MTG cards, using the art in the listing as a representation of what you're selling isn't wrong. But, if you're thinking of using MTG art for anything else, like selling playmats, t-shirts, or prints, that's a hard pass without permission from Wizards.
Absolutely not, it's copyright infringement. You can't use MTG art for your eBay listings unless you wanna risk legal trouble. Wizards of the Coast doesn't mess around with their IP.
