Yep, but only certain models of the PS3 are backwards compatible with PS2 games. The early PS3 models had hardware support for PS2 games, but later versions didn't, so check your model first!

I have one of the original PS3 models, and it runs PS2 games like a champ. Just make sure you have one of the fat PS3 models with four USB ports in the front.

If you have a PS3 Slim or Super Slim, you're outta luck. Those models don't play PS2 games.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
