Yep, you can use Remote Play while someone else is using the PS5. You just need to make sure they aren’t actively playing a game, because it will interrupt the Remote Play session.

Yes, but only one person can control the PS5 at a time. If someone starts using the console directly, it will boot you off the Remote Play session.

Nope, can't do both at the same time. It's one player show, whether it's on the TV or through Remote Play.
