Unfortunately, Roblox voice chat is only available on PC and mobile devices for now. Keep an eye out for future updates though!

Nope, Roblox voice chat isn't available on Xbox yet.

As a frequent Xbox user, I can confirm you still can't use Roblox voice chat on the console. Maybe someday!
