Absolutely, you can use 'Seal Away' during an attack! 'Seal Away' is a white instant that exiles a tapped creature an opponent controls until 'Seal Away' leaves the battlefield. Since creatures typically tap when they attack (unless they have vigilance), this is the perfect time to whip out 'Seal Away' and remove a threat from the battlefield. Just make sure the creature you want to exile is actually tapped; otherwise, you'll need to look for another target.

Hot take: 'Seal Away' is kinda overrated. Yeah, you can use it during an attack, but smart players see it coming a mile away. Better have a backup plan!

I used 'Seal Away' in a local tourney last weekend during my opponent's attack phase. Snagged their best attacker and turned the game around. Timing is everything, and yes, attacking phase is prime time for 'Seal Away'.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
