World Championship Pokemon cards are cool collectibles but they're not legal in official tournament play. They have a different back design and a silver border, making them easily distinguishable from standard Pokemon TCG cards. However, they're perfect for casual play with friends or as part of your collection!

Nope, you can't use them in official tournaments. They are mainly for collection and casual games. But hey, they look awesome and are a great way to learn from the pros!

World Championship cards are a big no-no for official play. Think of them as the trading card version of a replica jersey: great for showing off, not for the actual game.

I've tried using World Championship cards in a local tournament once, not realizing they weren't allowed. Save yourself the embarrassment; they're strictly for casual play or to admire on your shelf.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
