Yep, you totally can use an Xbox controller with the Steam Deck. You've just gotta connect it via Bluetooth or with a USB-C cable, and you're good to go. Steam Deck is pretty flexible with controllers.

Nah, why bother? Steam Deck's own controls are way better for the full experience. But yeah, if you must, it's possible to use an Xbox controller.
