Nope, the Xbox Series S controller won't work with an Xbox 360. You'll need to stick with the 360 controllers.

Unfortunately, you can't use an Xbox Series S controller with an Xbox 360. They aren't compatible.

Speaking from experience, I tried hooking up my Series S controller to my old Xbox 360, and it was a no-go. You'll need a 360 controller!
