Definitely, I switched from Xbox to PC last month and it was seamless. Just linked my EA account and all my gear was there waiting for me. Level 100 looks just as good on PC, can confirm!
Not a fan of cross-progression, tbh. Feels like it takes away the challenge of starting fresh on a new platform.
