Sadly, MTG Arena hasn't rolled out a direct spectating feature yet. It's a bit of a missed opportunity for communal facepalming and backseat gaming.

Get Magic The Gathering cards by playing games on Playbite!

Nope, as of my last log-in, MTG Arena doesn't have a built-in feature to spectate friends' games directly. But hey, nothing beats a good old screen share over Discord for that live gameplay commentary and banter!

MTG Arena misses out on the direct spectating fun – you can't officially watch friends' games in the app. Maybe they'll add it in the future, but for now, we wait and hope.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
