Absolutely, you can! Fallout 4 is all about freedom and choice, and that extends to who your character can romance. Piper is one of the companions who doesn't care about your character's gender, so go on and charm her with your female character!

Totally can! I did it in my last playthrough, and it was awesome. Piper's definitely one of the best characters to romance, no matter your character's gender.
