Can your settlers take your stash in Fallout 4?
Nope, your settlers can't directly access or take items from your stash. Bethesda designed it so your hoard is safe from those nosy settlers. However, leaving weapons or armor lying around (not secured in a container) might tempt them to pick those up if they're better than what they have, especially during raids.

Actually, I've had settlers take weapons out of my containers during attacks. So, maybe not the stash, but keep an eye on your prized guns.
Your stuff is safe. Settlers won't touch your stash. But seriously, watch those Power Armors!
Don't worry, your stash is like a vault within a vault. Settlers have zero kleptomaniac tendencies towards stored items. But, word of advice, lock up your Power Armor. Those settlers might just go for a joyride if they find it powered up during a raid.
