Oh no, code redemption troubles can be a pain! First thing, make sure you're entering the code exactly as shown, typos are sneaky. Also, check the expiration date; those codes don't last forever. If it's still not working, it might be a server issue, so give it a bit and try again. Sometimes patience is key!

Codes not working? Make sure your game is up to date. Old versions sometimes don't play nice with new codes.

Had the same issue! Turned out the code had already been used. Some codes can only be redeemed once per account. Always worth checking if that's the case.

If you're a Honkai Star Rail player looking for extra shards or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Honkai Star Rail essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
