Had the same issue last week! Try logging out of your account and logging back in before entering the code again.

Double-check that your V-Bucks card is for the right platform. PS4 cards won't work on Xbox, for example.

Make sure you're entering the code correctly. Sometimes those zeros look like Os and vice versa!
