I had this issue last week; changing my DNS settings to Google's (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) fixed it. Might work for you too!
First, try restarting your router and console. Sometimes a quick reset is all you need to jump back into the game!
Check the PSN status page to see if there's an outage. It happens more often than you'd think!
Honestly, sometimes it's just Sony servers acting up. Give it a bit and try again later.
